Yay! Upgrading privoxy fixed it. Thank you!

I used the package here for my CentOS 5.3 since there wasn't anything appropriate in the official repositories: http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/7618991/com/privoxy-3.0.8-1.el5.re.i386.rpm.html
