Hello all,
I would like to have a go at writing a program that could control household items (like lights, coffee machine) via the parallel or the USB port. Any guidance on how to set about this would be grateful. Any help on what other stuff I would need would also be appreciated (like relays, resistors, etc). How cool would it be to live in a Perl house!!
