error while loading shared libraries: libaprutil-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file gives lots of links that point to you possibly not having set LD_LIBRARY_PATH correctly. Have you set it correctly? You may or may not have to restart Apache for this to take effect. Also, likely, LD_LIBRARY_PATH must be set by the user that starts Apache.
