It depends on what you are willing to pay. If you rent your own box, then you will be able to do what you want with it.

If you are thinking of shared hosting, then Pair, which hosts a CPAN mirror and a little known site about Perl has a whole lot of modules installed. I haven't tried, but I am sure that you can install more in your local directory.
