Pls, pls RTFM - the answer you seek is where I indicated earlier!!

As TFM says (and indeed as jethro has already made clear to you) the 1 signals to the compiler that the module has loaded and the initialization code (if any) has completed successfully.

A user level that continues to overstate my experience :-))
