Your problem seems to not be AI::Prolog but mod::Term::ReadKey (though AI::Prolog doesn't pass 'make test' on my perl 5.10 installation).

I do see some issues with Term::ReadKey on Windows, but according to the documentation, you only need that module if you want to use the aiprolog shell.

If you are not averse to installing SWI-Prolog, there is Language::Prolog::Yaswi to integrate to it (though I have never tried either SWI Prolog, nor Language::Prolog::Yaswi under windows, the documentation states that it works there, YMMV).

Update: Depending of the features of Prolog you are using, Perl and Prolog and Continuations... oh my! might be helpful.
