There are 2 RSS feeds for SoPW. I know, I recently asked Corion about them. They are:

He could not explain to me why that was the case, but he did tell me that one ought to be linked to Newest Nodes and that it had a dynamic cutoff threshold... Which is why one often appears empty.

That is all fine and dandy, except that apparently the feed linked to Newest Nodes is the one that isn't empty. Weird.
