Double check the DBI documentation, it shows exaples of the connect method and the arguments it requires. Your DSN looks wrong too. Both of these things differ from your example posted in Cant locate DBI in @INC.
You may also want to read DBI::FAQ expecially Can I access Microsoft Access or SQL-Server databases with DBI? which advises use of DBD::ODBC
