If all you want are the oid(s), have you looked at snmptranslate from Net-SNMP?
snmptranslate -m <path to mib> -Tz > oid_list.txtor
snmptranslate -M <path to directory containing mibs> -Tz > oid_list.txtFor example (to get the oids for Powernet UPSes):
snmptranslate -m ./powernet396.mib -Tz > powernet396.oidOn Redhat/CentOS it's part of net-snmp-utils.
