Visit your Gravatar page and see if c664105f84d542082e5700581670efd8 is the appropriate hash of one of the emails you have on your account (since it points to a blank, I think it's not). You probably don't have the email on the CPAN you think you do. Update it in your Pause page to one of the two on your Gravatar account.
