Note that we dont have a senior level or an experience developer to check their code.
Then you have no way of knowing what they are doing. Even if you have a test that perfectly gauge their knowledge, if you don't inspect the code, you don't know how they used the knowledge. Note also that knowledge of a language doesn't imply a "good coding style", nor is it a requirement.
