While Content-Type is prettier, the case doesn't matter. The standard calls for the field names to be treated without regard to case. Reference: section "3.4.7. CASE INDEPENDENCE" of RFC822, STANDARD FOR THE FORMAT OF ARPA INTERNET TEXT MESSAGES.
