Hi, I am using Windows Xp and ActivePerl-5.10.1 and I am trying to connect to an Oracle database like this: 
my $dbh = DBI->connect("dbi:Oracle:dezv", $user, $pass)
                or die "Couldn't connect to database: " . DBI->errstr;

and I get this error:

Perhaps a module that DBD::Proxy requires hasn't been fully installed

Do I have to install any module or package?
