Hi,

I've installed (cygwin) Tk 804.028-1.
Now I never get any scrollbars displayed.

The following simple example works on works on Solaris Tk 5.00404 (I see a scrollbar).

On Cygwin Tk 804.028-1, no scrollbar, never.

$lb  = $top->Scrolled('Listbox', -scrollbars=>'e', -label=>'Test')->pa
