You can use a META tag to disable it.

For example, in your wrapper:

  [% IF template.naked;
        content;
     ELSE;
        content WRAPPER site/wrapper;
     END
  %]

Then in your template you can add a tag like this to
disable the WRAPPER:

  [% META naked=1 %]
