Howdy!

It appears that you are attempting to execute the PL/SQL block: 

BEGIN
    ? := abc;
END;

[download]

That is attempting to call the function abc, not the proceudre abc, hence your error message. Try changing the PL/SQL to: 

BEGIN
    abc;
END;

[download]
