What makes this something that's even remotely Perl related? What kind of answers would you expect to get here which you wouldn't get on a Java, Python or a language-agnostic general webdesign forum?

As for ads, I don't like them. I prefer not seeing them. But if you want to make money from a site, hire a consultant on what to do ;-)
