Well, prlmnks.org would qualify as a read-only mirror. ...if it were kept up-to-date.

I don't know why the site stopped archiving nodes in 2006 but the owner's contact info is at the bottom of every page.

Edit: Seems, the site is owned by EvdB who hasn't been here since late 2008.
