if I'll ask like this

I use www::mechanize. I have a select field in a webpage.

How do I select a value in this select field by its name?

i.e I select "Kvantum" and it will send the value of "Kvantum", lets say 8, to the server when the submit() is commited.

I upgraded to version 1.60 of www::mechanize and my script stopped working. I used before version 1.34

example

$mech->select("model", "$model_name");

where "model" is the name of the select field

$model_name is what you select. this should send the valeu of the $model_name to the server not the actual name!!!
