Can't exec "make": No such file or directory at ...

You don't have the "make" program installed on your machine. Most likely, you or your system administrator will need to install a package containing the development utilities for your (unstated) operating system. The development utilities usually include the C compiler, the make tool and other programs required to turn C source code into a executable program.
