How would I pattern match a word that is always in the middle of FIXED words like the below example where the word between FIXED always changes but I still need to get that word using a regular expression:

FIXEDmywordFIXED need to fetch myword
FIXEDanotherFIXED need to fetch another
FIXEDnextFIXED need to fetch next
