Hi Monks, How do I install MinGW manually? The machine I am installing to has no internet connection and running "MinGW-5.1.6.exe" accesses the internet. Should I download the different modules (e.g. GNU Binutils, GCC, etc) individually and extract them? Thanks in advance !
