Inside SOAP\WSDL.pm, find this line:

    my $parser = SOAP::WSDL::Expat::WSDLParser->new();

Right after that line, add this:

    $parser->parse_uri($wsdl_of{ $ident });

[download]

The package seems to be buggy, you may encounter other issues...
