Hello there,
I am new here and hope it is ok for me to post a Q on my first visit. I am a perl newbie in terms of programming...but I have installed and configured many scripts.

I have partnered with a guy who seems real nice and will probably not screw me over. I am the webmaster and have done the bulk of the work in terms of design, html, scripts, etc.. He has the contacts and the knowledge of the industry we are working in.

The Paypal accounts and everything are in his name and I am afraid that one day he might just decide to say...goodbye and thanks! I doubt that cuz he sounds like a great guy.

I want to protect myself by installing a simple perl script that could be called without access to the hosting account...a hidden url if you will that will erase/hijak the site just in case. I have been workin 24/7 on this partnership and am looking to receive my first wire transfer from him. I would just like to sleep easy knowing that I can tell him if he tries anything funny, that I can delete the entire site...or at least tar it and email it to me and leave nothing.

Please let me know if this can be done and if someone can help me out.

Thank you guys for bearing with this lengthy post
