I often have Emacs+Perl related questions and advices which seem somehow misplaced at SoPW.

Did the gods ever think about a dedicated board for "Development" issues?

I think there should be a new Section on PerlMonks for Jobs/Modules/Quizzes/Perl6/Newbies/OffTopic/etc.
