Hi All,

I am trying to setup bugzilla on Apache & so following the steps illus
+trated at:
https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Win32Install

After installing ActiveState Perl 5.10.1 & restarting my system, I nee
+d to install the ActivePerl 10xx Win32 PPM packages.

While trying to do that as outlined in :
http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/PPMPackages/10xx/
I get the below error.
