After installing "Bundle::CPAN", I get errors for the following inputs:

/usr/bin/instmodsh: Permission denied.

/usr/bin/perldoc: Permission denied.

Can someone please help me to change the permission, so that I can successfully check installed Perl modules. Thank you.
