Module names are also case sensitive, I think you actually mean the Workflow module. Having had a quick look the I don't see any real problems with the documentation. It also comes with an example workflow to try.

Perhaps if you can tell us what actual problems you have with the module in question or the documentation people may be able to provide more help.
