Don't load DBD::ODBC twice. On Windows this can happen inadverently by having two statements like:

use DBD::Odbc;
use dBd::ODBC;

[download]

or , in the case of DBI, having two connection strings that are not uppercase:

dbi:ODBC:...

[download]
