Anyone can be told to RTFM, but if I understood the manual, then I wouldn't need to be here. The manual is often difficult to understand. The RTFM excuse also does not facilitate open or helpful discussion.

So anyone who is willing and able to be helpful, and knows what they're talking about is welcome to respond.
