[PodWeaver] can't invoke PodWeaver on lib/MediaWiki/Bot/Shell.pm: there is POD inside string literals

Disappointing, but nowhere near critical.

Does the POD get handled properly?... Yes! So, it looks like that'll meet my needs just fine.
