"I am not able to use ppm to install it because of some proxy settings"

I've pointed you towards the ActiveState documentation regarding PPM and proxy configuration. Rather than simply repeat that you are having proxy issues, have you even tried to fix this? I've also suggested reading some of the tutorials, one of which explain manual installation of ppd files.

I suggest you address these issues rather than just reiterate the fact you are experiencing a problem. If you can't do or don't understand this speak to your system/network administrator, and have them do it for you.
