I would be grateful for your advice regarding a bioinformatic task: I have a big file with many DNA sequences, each of them is having its unique header right above, it looks like this:
>Seq1
AAATTTGGG.....>Seq2
AGATTTACC.....
The sequences are separated by '>' and I need to create two structures from these sequences: the first for the header and the second for the corresponding sequences, so for $IDs[0] the value will be "Seq1" and for $Sequences1 the value will be "AGATTTACC"
