This is a suggestion for the Reviews->add one forms. Right now they use some common form elements, some of which are plainly meant for books:

In my opinion, it would be good to change ISBN to the distribution URI for modules. Also I think a review synopsis would be useful for modules too. With some other minor changes in wording, this is my proposal:
