The most recent monk map link I have is: http://desert-island.dynodns.net/perl/pmplanet.html and to the best of my knowledge it is managed by theorbtwo. However, this AM, it seemed to have problems loading (server taking too long according to Firefox). It was definitely live as of Fall, 2009. This is the first time I've checked it since.

Update: moritz has provided a more recent (and live link) below. It also has a new maintainer, bart - see the second link provided by moritz.
