As of lately I keep getting more and more frequent errors loading the proper CSS. I have selected the Perl-Blue Theme in my display settings, yet what I'm getting looks entirely different.

This had happened in the past, too, but only once in a while, typically when the server was at its limits, and the page took minutes to load. Now it's about every other page request (even though the page loads quickly).

Any ideas what the problem might be?  And yes, I've already tried restarting my browser, and force-reloading the page — just in case.

The <head> section of the page contains (as I suppose it should)

<!-- Theme 404270: Perl-Blue Perl Monks Theme --> <link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/common.css" type="text/css" /> <link rel="stylesheet" href="?node_id=404267" type="text/css" />

update:...though, upon second look, I see it says 404270 in the comment, but then goes on to load node_id=404267 (?)
