I'm seeing this 'error' in the CSS as well. It's not that the CSS is completely turned off but some strange place in the middle. I see it as Anonymous Monk, Perl Blue and Red. I haven't tried the others yet but this makes me think that common.css is working but not colors.css (I may have the name wrong) which is used to distinguish themes.
