Dear Monks,
I need a translator from most European languages to English. In my search I ran into WWW::Babelfish which works for me if I indicate "Yahoo" server and does not work for "Google" or "Babelfish" servers which is fine for the proof of concept.

However, first I am not sure that Yahoo (or other portals) will allow me a massive usage which I need.
Second I would prefer to have something in my server which does not require to query another server. For my purposes precision is not very important and I think I will be ok with just word to word dictionary. I think there should be some dictionaries available. So let me know, please, if you have something in mind.
Again I need one which will translate from Dutch, German, French, etc to English.
