Well, that seems to hint that CGI::Session is not to blame.

At this point I would try using CGI::Simple->new for param (its a drop in replacement for CGI), but I doubt it will help.

I suspect the problem is really IIS specific, so I would ask the guys at http://iis.net/ or http://ActiveState.com/ http://code.activestate.com/lists/perlex/
