Dear Monks,
I do not want to do much of code redesign.
I have a bunch of subs which print HTML with interpolation of variables defined at particular places such as
sub print_1
{
my $text = shift;
print <<END;
<p> $text </p>
<form
......
</form>
END
}
I cannot just move these sub calls to another place because of these variables which are defined at a specific place of the code.
I want to convert these calls to additions to a string, but without changing subs content. Something like:
....
....
## instead of
print_1($text);
## I want to somehow
$string .= ## results of print_1($text)
....
Any thoughts.
