I had to install some undeclared prereqs first:

cpanp i Module::Metadata Perl::OSType

Then, 

cpanp i Test::Most Moose LWP DateTime

[download]

added another 53 modules, plus the 3 prereqs, for a total of 56. So, Dist::Zilla needs another another 76 modules.
