i know what you mean . you only correct bugs in code and dn give the whole code. dn tell u didn understand my ques. optional note: my script takes input from another software 'readseq' which in turn takes input from a cgi script which in turn fetches it from a webserver.so i cant put my entire webserver on your site. please read my orig ques carefully:there are two input files in one there is list of strings of different lengths and in another there is list of values (at different times (in one line each)) for individual alphabets of the string. what i want as output is simply FOR EACH STRING mean of different values at each time.go thou orig ques. and c if u can write the code as well as u write the code of conduct. after that you can take my wife as well.
