Hi,
I work on Cava Packager and Citrus Perl and so I am glad if that particular combination worked for you.
However, for other readers of this thread I must point out that PAR::Packer normally works perfectly well when built for ActivePerl on Win32 and Roderich on the par@perl.org mailing list provides what must be some of the best free support available.
I would like users to choose Cava Packager because they prefer the interface and packaging approach. But in terms of the end result being a distributable 'bundle', I don't think there's anything that is not possible with PAR::Packer on Win32.
