All- Forgive me if this sounds foolish but I did a Google and didn't fine anything except codepad.org as a solution and the site wasn't even loading.

I switched jobs to a company that doesn't have/allow Perl to be installed. I still want to be able to do this so I thought "Hey, I can set up a text box on my web site and have that code execute directly from it." That way all I do is Copy/Paste code in there and see if it excutes or what it produces.

Good idea? Bad idea? Assuming it's not going to be a public link shared with the world, it'd be a link only I'd have access to.

How would I have the form script run the code and record any errors instead of crashing? I know I could have the form create a Perl file, set permissions and execute it in the browser but I don't want that.

I want the code to execute on the fly BUT not get an ISE. Instead I want to capture errors and report them nicely.
