Hello Kind Monks:

In the past I have gotten very helpful support here at PerlMonks. This time I have a request that is embarrassing to ask. But I am sure some of you have lived through my delemma. I have inherited some Perl code, which was written by a very talented programmer,who used very tight syntax. (a Phd candidate in Math) I have to figure out/maintain this 40 page program.

What would be best way to post some of the code to get a gentle explanation of the syntax used. Straight up posts or use the Chatterbox? I do not want to sully this fine and useful site.
