Can anybody advice a Perl module for working with gnucash to generate reports. Cause there internal language scheme seems too complicated - there is almost no documentation.

The gnucash folks are likely to know better, but you might try X11::GuiTest/Win32::GuiTest/XML::LibXML/xsh/SQLite...
