Hi Monks; I am new to Perl and have a problem in front. Please help me to figure out this problem. Here is the deal: I have 1 excel sheet: Sheet: 1 Drug_A 2ab 3jd cyb Amplicillin 0 0 1 Thyroxine 1 1 0 Sheet: 2 Drug_B 2ab 3jb cyb Perazine 1 1 0 Glycine 0 0 1 Now this two drug interact: My final combination for drug A and drug B should be: Drug A 2ab 3jb cyb DrugB 2ab 3jb cyb Amplicillin 0 0 1 Perazine 1 0 0 Amplicillin 0 0 1 Perazine 0 1 0 Thyroxine 1 0 0 Glycine 0 0 1 Thyroxine 0 1 0 Glycine 0 0 1 I guess, i am clear i have alomost 7500 drugs in A and B Doing it manually is not possible, please help me with this script, its an excel sheet. Please give detailed solution as i am new.
