Who defines CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION?

See require, use, and import

When you use WWW::Curl::Easy;, it exports constants like CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION

They are still accessible via WWW::Curl::CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION or some such
