Two things. First, with posts that long, you should encapsulate the length in <readmore>...</readmore> tags. Second, can you explain your use of Memoize here? I'm failing to see the point. Granted, it's a minor piece in your overall code, but I'm not sure whether there's some deeper meaning, or if you're just mindlessly throwing Memoize around imagining it to be a panacea for performance benefits.
