There you can find the Guide to the Monastery (general information about the sections and such), the Perl Monk procedures (some information on how to do some things), the Voting/Experience System (info on the reputation and experience thing), and some other information.

Not everything is documented (I have also been stumped at times). But you can also discover a lot simply by just exploring :-)
